Creativity is not his thing, whether it be music, design or images! After spending time in music, he devoted himself entirely to film. And this passion extends to the technical side. From on-set technology to home theatres, Frank has no answer.
Jan Goossen – technical director (managing partner)
Jan supervises everything to do with the workflow and technical concept. He calls on a broad range of techniques and systems for one vital goal: telling a tale with the help of technology, without it getting in the way of the creativity.
Jan Ebo – technical manager
Jan Ebo oversees all the technical aspects of post-production. Together with the production manager, he organises the necessary technical research and testing for each project and coordinates the subsequent technical projects.
Jan Van Eetvelt – set supervisor
Using the script and the director’s notes, Jan draws up a technical plan for the shooting and the visual effect shots, as well as a realistic budget and timing. During production, he keeps a close eye on the set to ensure that the desired visual effects can be achieved in time and within budget in post production. Once in post production, he supervises the technical and creative process to get the desired effect in the most efficient way possible.
Liesje Van den Bossche – fiction producer
Liesje acts as the key contact person between the production house and Grid. She follows the project step by step until the end, including planning and budgeting. She coordinates everything, ensuring everyone such as technical managers, artists and set supervisors has the information that they need.
Natacha Smetryns– advertising & corporate producer
For advertising and corporate projects, Natacha is the key contact for the production house. She can be called for any questions concerning the project from A to Z, including planning and budgeting. On Grid’s side, she ensures the technical managers, artists and set supervisors have everything they need to ensure the best post-production results.
Charlotte De Mey – business development
Together with the partners, Charlotte manages the harmonious growth of Grid. For this, she undertakes various initiatives and their follow-up. In practice, this involves all sorts of marketing activities such as sales, as well as internal and external communications.
Grid clients benefit from a pool of talented in-house artists, as well as the cream of freelance specialists when required.
